All our sitters undergo thorough background checks, reference verification, and in-person interviews. We also require pet first aid certification and provide comprehensive training to ensure the highest quality of care.

We have a 24/7 emergency line and all sitters are trained in pet first aid. In case of emergency, we'll immediately contact you and your designated veterinarian, and transport your pet to the nearest veterinary clinic if needed.

Absolutely! We require a complimentary meet-and-greet before any service to ensure you, your pet, and the sitter are all comfortable with the arrangement.

We offer flexible cancellation with a full refund if cancelled 48 hours before the scheduled service. For last-minute cancellations, we charge 50% of the service fee to compensate our sitters for their reserved time.

Yes! Many of our sitters have experience with senior pets, medication administration, special diets, and pets with anxiety or behavioral issues. Just let us know your pet's specific needs during the consultation.
