How quickly do you respond to inquiries?

We typically respond to all inquiries within 2-4 hours during our business hours (7am-9pm, 7 days a week). For urgent matters, texting is the fastest way to reach us.

Do you offer same-day services?

Yes! We understand that pet care needs can arise suddenly. We do our best to accommodate same-day requests based on availability. Texting is the best method for urgent same-day needs.

What areas do you serve?

We currently serve Downtown Toronto and surrounding neighborhoods including Liberty Village, King West, Queen West, Leslieville, The Beaches, Roncesvalles, High Park, Annex, Yorkville, Midtown, and North York.

Can I meet my pet sitter before booking?

Absolutely! We require a complimentary meet-and-greet before any service to ensure you, your pet, and the sitter are all comfortable with the arrangement.

What's your cancellation policy?

We offer flexible cancellation with a full refund if cancelled 48 hours before the scheduled service. For last-minute cancellations, we charge 50% of the service fee to compensate our sitters for their reserved time.
