2020

The Beginning

Gia started pet sitting for friends and neighbors while working full-time. She quickly realized the need for reliable, trustworthy pet care in the community.

2021

First Team Members

As demand grew, Gia recruited fellow pet lovers who shared her passion for animal care, forming the first Paw Palace Club team.

2022

Platform Launch

We launched our online platform to connect more pet parents with our growing network of vetted pet sitters and walkers.

Founder & Chief Pet Lover

Gia's love for animals began in childhood, growing up with dogs, cats, and even a few rescued rabbits. After years of pet sitting for friends while working in corporate America, she realized her true calling was creating a service that would ease the worries of pet parents everywhere.
